Terms – Conditions & Cancellation policy
By using our website for your transport needs, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be received by email.
- Cancellation fees apply only when payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or bank account.
- Booking fees are only refunded if you cancel your transfer within 24 hours from booking time.
- Upon transaction completion, your credit card will be charged automatically. A payment receipt will be sent to your email address, confirming the transaction has been completed.
- You should remain in the arrival hall until the driver comes, or communicate with our company. If possible, activate your mobile phone as soon as you arrive at the airport.
- The payment amount covers all possible charges, including waiting time after landing. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s luggage capacity, we can arrange transfer with another vehicle at an extra charge. The luggage capacity of our taxis is 4 medium-sized pieces of luggage. Mini bus luggage capacity is 8 pieces of luggage for Mini Vans Vito / V- class and average capacity of 10 luggages for Mini Bus Sprinter.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as road strikes, could cause cancellation of the transfer. In such cases, Crete Taxi Transfers is obliged to inform the clients in advance via e-mail or phone call, and clients are not charged for cancellation.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time, or if you fail to show up without first contacting us promptly, the full charge will be payable by you.
- If the passenger does not travel or an error has been made with the booking such as the wrong date or time and the taxi, Minivan has been sent to the pickup location for that date and time then the full fare will be charged.
- Transfer services are available only in the island of Crete.
- In case of any disagreement or if any of these terms fail, your authorization to use this website automatically ends.
